About the Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will help create a calm, stimulating space where children feel safe, valued and ready to explore. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting children's learning through play and exploration
- Helping children feel secure, nurtured and emotionally supported
- Assisting with daily routines including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play
- Working collaboratively with a committed early years team
- Building positive relationships with families
- Contributing to a consistent, respectful and inclusive environment
What We're Looking For
- Right to work in the UK
- Must have a Level 2 & 3 qualification in early years
- Must have Paediatric first aid qualification
