We are looking to add a Senior Recruitment Consultant to our high-performing team in Birmingham, to work within our central office location on Temple Row. The role & benefits as Senior Recruitment Consultant at Monarch Education
- Salary: Up to £34,500 (depending on experience) and commission
- Hours: 7.30-5.30 (Term Time), shorter hours in the school holidays

Role responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for SEN education-based roles in Pupil Referral Units and Complex Needs Schools
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing warm clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively particularly for SEN TA's
- Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates for SEN education positions through various sourcing methods
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions
What are we looking for
- A minimum of 12 months experience operating in a full 360 capacity
- The ability to implement effective candidate attraction strategies
- Experience of client engagement and retention, to secure new contracts and school users
- A confident and strong communicator who is target driven and goal orientated
- The desire to genuinely want an opportunity to further enhance their career in recruitment with a well-established and reputable brand
- A bubbly and outgoing individual who is able to build trust with customers
- Knowledge of the SEN sector is preferable but not essential
- Full Driving License
