About the Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you will help create a calm, stimulating space where children feel safe, valued and ready to explore. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting children's learning through play and exploration
  • Helping children feel secure, nurtured and emotionally supported
  • Assisting with daily routines including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play
  • Working collaboratively with a committed early years team
  • Building positive relationships with families
  • Contributing to a consistent, respectful and inclusive environment

What We're Looking For

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Must have a Level 2 & 3 qualification in early years
  • Must have Paediatric first aid qualification
