We are currently seeking Cover Supervisors for both primary and secondary to join several schools within the Trust, with immediate start opportunities available.

Your Role as a Cover Supervisor: As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task
- Delivering pre‑prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects and year groups
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Supporting students with their learning and encouraging engagement
- Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and classroom activity
- Building rapport with students and staff across different school settings
