Affinity Partnerships is looking for enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and make a meaningful difference in a Special Educational Needs School in Romford. Whether you\βre experienced or just starting out, we have rewarding opportunities to work with pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and challenging behaviour.
What You\βll Be Doing:
Supporting teachers in delivering a dynamic and inclusive curriculum.
Assisting pupils with personal care and physical support needs, including moving and handling.
Encouraging independence and maintaining dignity in all aspects of care.
Helping pupils thrive through guided learning and development activities.
Monitoring progress and sharing valuable insights with teaching staff.
Keeping classrooms organised and resource-ready for learning.
What We\βre Looking For:
Experience working with children or in a care setting (professional or personal).
Confidence in delivering personal care with empathy and respect.
A valid enhanced DBS and the right to work in the UK.
