Overview

Affinity Workforce Solutions are working in partnership with multiple trusts across Bristol and the surrounding areas, who are looking for full or part-time teachers. These trusts include The Cabot Learning Federation, Castle School Education Trust, Futura Partnership and Cathedral Schools Trusts. The individual must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) as well as experience working in UK schools. The day-to-day supply rates can range from (Apply online only), dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Be open-minded, eager to teach and influence young minds.
  • Support the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
  • Support children in all aspects of the curriculum.
  • Be a team player, use initiative and maintain a good sense of humour.
  • Support children with a range of additional needs including Autism and Speech and Language difficulties, both in small groups and 1:1.
  • Demonstrate a positive approach and flexibility to the demands of the job.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teachers Status
  • Sound understanding of Secondary Education
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
  • Experience supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
  • Experience of working with children with a range of additional needs
