Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
• Plan engaging content that supports literacy and personal development
• Build strong relationships with students who may have complex needs
• Embrace restorative approaches and inclusive teaching practices
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the provision

Requirements

• QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree
• Experience teaching English in secondary settings
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A commitment to transforming education for vulnerable learners
