Affinity Workforce Solutions are working in partnership with The Priory Learning Trust, looking for a full-time administrative member to start immediately. The hours will be Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:00. The school are willing to consider two part time team members still working Monday-Friday but working half days, the shifts being 7:00-11:00am and then the other being 10:00am-14:00. You will be working with the general direction of the Attendance Officer and support a specific range of clerical duties which support the management of the school in an effective and positive manner. Main responsibilities will include: morning duty/late gate, supporting the input, maintenance and retrieval of personal and collective data in respect of pupils, provide cover for the student services desk when required, provide support to the Education Attendance Officer during home visits, as well as many more.
