We’re looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to join us on a part time contract, working 24 hours per week to support one of our Directors at Affinity Water. This is far more than a traditional PA role — it’s a trusted partnership position where you’ll play a critical role in helping senior leaders operate at their best. If you’re highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to become a key connector across the business and influence how we deliver for our customers and colleagues.

What you’ll be doing

  • As a trusted gateway to a busy Director, you’ll bring structure, foresight, and efficiency to every day.
  • Own complex diaries with full autonomy — proactively managing priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring time is spent where it matters most.
  • Stay one step ahead by anticipating scheduling pressures and solving challenges before they arise.
  • Manage and triage inboxes, ensuring urgent items are escalated and nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Prepare your Director for success, providing high-quality briefings ahead of meetings.
  • Coordinate key meetings, including preparing packs, setting agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking actions through to completion.
  • Plan and deliver leadership events, including offsites and team meetings.
  • Act as a key liaison between Director and senior leadership teams — keeping communication clear, timely, and effective.
  • Support business operations by processing expenses, raising POs, and managing invoices.
  • Get involved in projects where needed — bringing flexibility and a can-do mindset.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience supporting multiple senior leaders or Directors.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
  • A proactive mindset — you anticipate needs and take action.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with purchasing systems or Oracle Fusion (full training provided).

Why join us?

At Affinity Water, you’ll be part of a collaborative and purpose-driven organisation where your role truly matters. You’ll be trusted, valued, and given the autonomy to make a difference — not just to your Director, but across the wider business.

Benefits:
