As an Onboarding Coordinator, you’ll work closely with both the Recruitment and HR teams to manage and administer the end-to-end onboarding process. You\’ll be the go-to person for ensuring that new starters have a smooth, compliant, and welcoming entry into the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drafting and issuing Employment Contracts for new starters and internal hires using DocuSign.
- Coordinating pre-employment checks via Zinc and uploading results into Oracle Fusion.
- Creating job positions and managing all onboarding documentation in Oracle Fusion.
- Liaising directly with new hires to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintaining and updating onboarding trackers to monitor progress and meet SLA deadlines.
- Working collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver an exceptional new joiner experience.
- Supporting broader HR projects with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an administrative support role ideally within a recruitment or customer service environment
- A collaborative self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- A natural problem-solver who can liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Team player
- Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.
- Experience using Oracle Fusion or other HRIS platforms.

Benefits
- Part-time 22.5 hours per week, split over 3-5 days per week
- Salary £29,000 per annum / Pro Rata
- Hybrid role, with the expectations of a minimum two – three days a week in the office in Hatfield
- Annual leave pro-ratafrom 26 days rising with length of service, and the option to purchase up to 5 extra days.
