Responsibilities

  • Electrical and Mechanical Technician: complete electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation maintenance and repairs to plant and equipment.
  • Perform maintenance routine schedule to ensure sites, storage facilities, and pumping stations operate reliably and efficiently.
  • Manage planned and reactive work, with training and tools provided.
  • Play a key role in local infrastructure projects, working closely with stakeholders.
  • Travel to sites using company van; must hold a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

  • Work safely and competently with heavy equipment on site.
  • Hold a full electrical apprenticeship, or relevant HNC qualification or equivalent such as City & Guilds Level 3.
  • If your qualification is gained from overseas, you will need to show proof of UK equivalent.
  • Experience working with industrial electrical equipment in a similar process-driven environment.
  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Salary up to £55,332 when fully trained (Basic £41,462 + Flex Allowance: £5,046 plus Stand-by payment).
  • Core Hours of work: 08:00am - 16:00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08:00am - 15:30pm (Friday).
  • Standby 1:4 for Iver site and standby payment is £8,824 (after 2-3 month training).
  • Remote/working independently/onsite.
