We have a brilliant opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join us as a Learning & Development Coordinator on a 12 month FTC.
The role
As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will engage and liaise with employees and managers and work closely with both internal and external training providers to ensure timely scheduling and delivery of workshops and briefings, including the proactive monitoring and scheduling of training for employees with expiring certifications.
You will utilise our competency management system, Skill Station for the management of all training and ensure the proper capture of training records to demonstrate compliance.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating training across multiple locations, ensuring timely scheduling and delivery.
- Collaborating with both internal and external training providers to arrange training sessions.
- Sending invitations, managing delegate lists, and handling logistical aspects of training sessions.
- Overseeing purchase orders related to training activities.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data is captured in the training systems.
- Assisting in the preparation of training materials.
- Performing administrative duties related to training management.
- Acting as a point of contact for all departments, responding quickly to urgent training requests.
- Supporting the identification of training needs across the business.
- Collecting and analysing training evaluation data.
- Liaising with trainers to understand the data requirements for their exercises.
- Assisting the data build team in ensuring accurate data input into Skill Station.
- Providing data support to key stakeholders.
- Prioritising and managing multiple workstreams effectively.
What you’ll need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to proactively in address trainer and trainee needs.
- Ability to organise and prioritise work efficiently.
