Affinity Water are seeking an experienced Estates Maintenance Engineer to play a vital role in maintaining the quality, safety and reliability of our sites.

The Role:

As a Estates Maintenance Engineer you will be working in the Estates and Facilities Department undertaking all aspects of building fabric maintenance across the Affinity Water Central and East operational area. Ensuring that Affinity Water’s sites, buildings and domestic property assets are effectively and efficiently maintained to a defined standard and that compliance and safety of the property assets is ensured.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, contractors and the public to maintain a comprehensive level of maintenance.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Adhere to Affinity Water health & safety policies and guidelines.
  • Updating management systems e.g CAFM.
  • Resolving complaints quickly and efficiently.

What you'll need:

  • UK Driving licence.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Experience in electrical/plumbing.
  • Experience in painting and decorating.
  • Working knowledge of door locking systems.
  • Basic carpentry skills.

  • Hours of Work: 08:00am - 16:00pm (Mon - Thurs) 08:00am - 15:30pm (Friday)
