Affinity Water is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our vibrant call centre team in Hatfield. Responsibilities

  • You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, answering inbound calls, solving problems, and providing exceptional service.
  • Help customers with their queries and concerns while contributing to water-saving initiatives.
  • Receive full training to use our systems and deliver top-notch service, with ongoing support to thrive in the role.

Date and Training Information

When Can You Start? Assessment Centres are held on the following dates: Tuesday 24th February 2026 at 9:30am; Wednesday 25th February 2026 at 1:00pm and 5:00pm; Thursday 26th February 2026 at 9:30am and 1:00pm. Each 2-hour session offers a chance to learn more about the role and meet the team.

Mandatory training begins on Monday 20th April 2026 with the first five weeks covering everything you need to succeed. Training runs full-time, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, after which you’ll be ready to shine.
