Commercial Administrator - Staines - 12 Month FTC

Affinity Water has an exciting opportunity to become a Commercial Administrator supporting our Commercial Operations Team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

The Role:

As a Commercial Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the commercial operations of the company.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Commercial Administrator will work closely with multiple departments to ensure the smooth execution of various commercial activities.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the execution of departments obligations.

• Maintain accurate records of commercial transactions.

• Support the commercial team in managing client relationships and addressing customer queries.

• Management of general inbox – filing of emails and escalation of actions.

• Data inputting and filing of both hard copy and soft copy data/reports.

• Raising of purchase orders and receipting goods as required.

What you'll need:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Water Industry experience (desirable but not essential)

• Hours of work: 09:00am - 17:00pm (Mon - Thurs) 09:00am - 16:30pm (Friday)
