Affinity Water has an exciting opportunity to become a Commercial Administrator supporting our Commercial Operations Team.

The Role:

As a Commercial Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the commercial operations of the company.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Commercial Administrator will work closely with multiple departments to ensure the smooth execution of various commercial activities.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the execution of departments obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records of commercial transactions.
  • Support the commercial team in managing client relationships and addressing customer queries.
  • Management of general inbox – filing of emails and escalation of actions.
  • Data inputting and filing of both hard copy and soft copy data/reports.
  • Raising of purchase orders and receipting goods as required.

What you\’ll need:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Water Industry experience (desirable but not essential)

  • Salary: £25,066 (dependent on skills and experience).
  • Hours of work: 09:00am – 17:00pm (Mon – Thurs) 09:00am – 16:30pm (Friday)
