Location: Newbury, Berkshire

Hourly rate: £13.00 per hour

Hours per week: Part time (20 hours)

Waking Nights: Friday and Sunday

Training Provided: Full training provided. Opportunities to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

Who will I support? We are looking for someone to join our team working nights to cover maternity leave for 6 months on a fixed term contract, supporting 2 adults with learning disabilities. You will be working in their home, so it’s important you can connect, whether it’s because they like to stay up late and watch a film, listen to music with a hot chocolate, or enjoy a relaxing bath before going to bed. Or they may be early risers and want your support to get up and ready for the day ahead, and so your role will be to provide responsive support during the night and early morning as required. This is a fixed term contract for 2 waking nights per week on a Friday and Sunday.
