Location: Wakefield Outreach. Hours: 7:30am–9:00pm. Bank hours per week.
Compensation
Hourly rate: £12.75 per hour.

Full training provided. We will apply and pay for your enhanced DBS.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to your own vehicle for travel within Wakefield, Pontefract, and Featherstone.
- No sponsorship.
- Complete an enhanced DBS check (employer will submit and pay).
Responsibilities
- Support daily life skills, cooking, home maintenance, food provision, attending appointments, and new experiences.
- Adapt support to each person’s daily needs and wishes.
- Encourage independent decision making, big and small.
- Help individuals work independently wherever possible.
- Build confidence and life skills.
- Facilitate community participation, clubs, friends and family connections.
- Be understanding, allowing people to take their time and progress at their own pace.
