Overview: As our HR Business Partner, you will be a vital part of our passionate People Partner Team of 4, bringing energy and collaboration to everything you do. You will analyse data, develop pivots in Excel to support decision making, coach managers and leaders on complex HR matters, lead on TUPE or restructure and fix problems proactively.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyse HR data and develop Excel pivot tables for decision making.
- Coach managers and leaders on complex HR matters.
- Lead on TUPE and restructure projects, including consultation and investigations.
- Address persistent sickness absence and performance improvement.
- Handle grievance, disciplinary, dismissal, absence/AWOL, tribunal, occupational health caseloads, and settlement agreements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (CQC, SSIC) and provide guidance to hiring managers.
- Continuously juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and experience:
- Hands‑on attitude with pragmatic problem solving and decision making.
- Strong partner skills with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent time‑management and ability to take lead on complex issues.
- Proven TUPE experience and experience delivering HR projects such as restructures, consultation, disciplinaries, investigations.
- Experience in a regulated environment (e.g. CQC, SSIC).
- Comfortable guiding hiring managers through the process is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership qualities to inspire teams.
