Affinity Trust is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Team Lead to manage the IT Support Team at our Head Office in Thame, Oxfordshire. You will ensure colleagues receive a responsive, professional and effective support service, prioritising tickets and coordinating a skilled team.
The role reports to the Head of IT, offers a permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, and a salary of Β£43,079.96 per annum. Occasional travel to other Affinity Trust locations may be required.
