Affinity Trust is seeking a Head of Performance & Improvement to lead our central Performance Team and drive data-informed decision making across services.

You will transform performance data, insights and outcomes into actionable plans that improve services and people’s lives.

Working with Operations, Finance and People teams, you will guide performance governance, produce clear dashboards and support senior leaders to take informed action.
