As a support worker at Affinity Trust, you will empower adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to lead meaningful lives on their own terms, especially during night and early morning hours.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive night and early morning support, including assistance with personal care and well-being.
  • Support medication management and mobility as required.
  • Encourage independence by adapting care to each person’s needs and wishes.
  • Celebrate achievements and build confidence and life skills.
  • Ensure flexible availability, including weekends and daytime training/meetings.
