Location: Great Ellingham

Rate: £12.90 per hour

Hours: Part time – 30 hours

Training: Full training + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

Responsibilities:

  • Support three ladies to live full and active lives and help them participate in activities of their choice, such as visiting local farms, relaxing in cafés, joining community clubs, or going swimming.
  • Listen, understand, and empower individuals to make their own choices.
  • Provide patient, encouraging, and confident support; adapt approach to individual needs and personalities.
  • Engage in daily activities and ensure safe, respectful, and person‑centred care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities provided by the employer.

Qualifications:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car to travel to the location.
  • Experience in health and social care is desirable but not required; full training will be provided.
  • Patience, empathy, and a willingness to support individuals to engage in their hobbies and interests.
