Location: Market Weighton

Rate: £12.90 per hour

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs) Part Time hours also available

Training: Full training provided + NVQ Level 2 in Health

As a Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you will make a difference every day, supporting people to live their best lives, giving them confidence and choice. One day, it could be a trip to the supermarket, the next, supporting them in a new hobby. Your support means people can live more independently; in the way they choose. Ultimately, your support gives people the freedom to be themselves.

You will be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and alternate weekends. There will also be the opportunity to work across several locations in Market Weighton.

Experience communicating in ways other than words, i.e. Makaton, would be beneficial.

We provide complete training to enable you to provide the best support you can to people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. However, we know that what is essential is your kindness, energy, and willingness to make someone's day brighter.
