We’re looking for caring and dedicated Support Workers to join our friendly team in Brede. You’ll support adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs in their daily routines, including wellbeing and personal care, while encouraging them to enjoy the activities they love - whether that’s spending time in the garden, theatre trips, regular visits to church, pub meals, or days out.
You’ll also support people to use a variety of communication methods and technology aids, such as iPads - so patience, creativity, and a willingness to connect in different ways are essential qualities in a Support Worker.
