You will be supporting young men with Autism who live in their own flats in Bristol.

To be part of these young person’s teams you will need to have experience supporting people with Learning disabilities and Autism, and be able to demonstrate your understanding of supporting with complex behaviours or Positive Behaviour Support.

You will be creative, Passionate, calm and patient

These young people enjoy outdoor activities, especially walking so you must be prepared to support with physical activities.
