Requirements
- Leadership & Management Qualification: Hold, are working towards, or ready to complete a recognised qualification.
- Experience: Managing multi site teams; experience working with adults with disabilities and mental health issues.
- Strong leadership, delivering exceptional outcomes and continuous innovation.
- Communication: Adept at using a variety of communication aids and developing robust support plans.
- Compliance: Experience with compliance IT platforms desirable.
About the Role
As Supported Living Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we continue our goal of making a difference every day. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, external practitioners, and the local authority to meet compliance requirements and deliver consistent, high‑quality support.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead your teams to deliver consistent, person‑centred support and support staff to gain confidence in their roles.
- Ensure robust support plans are in place and use a variety of communication aids to support adults with limited verbal communication.
- Support staff training and development by ensuring all staff complete and embed training effectively.
- Maintain compliance by ensuring rotas are compliant, routines and structures promote independence, and manage compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements.
- Work flexibly, including participation in the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota, which may involve travelling to locations within your division.
