Key Responsibilities
You’ll be supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs. At times people may need support with areas of their personal care and well-being, with taking medication or getting around. Your role is to empower and connect, helping them navigate life with confidence and independence. You will need to work shifts flexibly across the week, including some weekends and sleep-in shifts.
