We are looking for an experienced Deputy Support Manager/Senior to join our locations in Street and Frome, supporting adults with learning disabilities and Autism to live their life their way. This role will be crucial in ensuring we can continue our goal of making a difference every day to those we support.

What will you do? Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the day-to-day delivery of high-quality, safe and person-centred support.
  • Foster excellent working relationships among all teams, families, professionals, referrers and other stakeholders.
  • Assist the Support Manager in improving the support people receive, identifying meaningful opportunities for involvement of people we support in shaping their life, their home and inputting into the organisation.
  • Lead by example and provide hands-on support to people we support when required.
  • Deputise for the Support Manager in their absence and be willing to work flexibly according to the needs of the organisation.
