Who will I support? Our Outreach team in Sheffield supports over 15 people living in their own homes. We’re looking for flexible, open-minded, and resilient individuals who enjoy new activities and are passionate about helping others engage with their community. Being adaptable is key to thriving in this role. Some of the people we support enjoy going swimming and love animals, so individuals who share these interests would be a great fit. Shifts range from 3 to 15 hours and the typical shift patterns are between 07:30am – 22:00 and will include working weekdays and alternate weekends.
