As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker you will support adults (18+) with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to transform their lives.

How will I make a difference?

We are looking for someone to join our team in Markfield who can show:

  • A person centred approach.
  • Recognising people\’s strengths and abilities and help them take the small steps at their pace, never losing sight of their dreams and aspirations.
  • Follow and develop behaviour support plans in place.
  • Support using a Positive Behavioural Support model to promote independence and social inclusion.
  • Understand the importance of routine as this is critical for this role.
