Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
As a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) practitioner, you will work with children and young people who may not be accessing education and who are at significant risk of entering specialist residential care. You will support the individual, their families, carers and other professionals to learn and apply appropriate positive behaviour support techniques, enabling them to remain in their current placements, access their communities, and build skills for independent living.
Development:
If you do not already hold a BTEC Level 4 in Positive Behaviour Support, you will be enrolled onto this course and supported throughout your studies while you work with us; on completion you will receive a salary increase to £28,325. You will receive regular clinical supervision, and we will fully fund everything required to maintain your UK SBA professional registration, including your annual fee, DBS, safeguarding training and liability insurance. As a registered APD provider, we will also support your ongoing development with a minimum of 6 APD provided in‑house each year.
