Affinity Trust is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) practitioner to work with children and young people who may not be accessing education and who are at significant risk of entering specialist residential care. You will support the individual, their families, carers and other professionals to learn and apply positive behaviour support techniques, enabling them to remain in their current placements and access their communities.
