Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and well‑being support to clients.
- Assist with medication and mobility needs.
- Encourage and support independence, choice, and decision‑making.
- Work shifts flexibly across the week, including weekends and sleep‑in shifts.
- Use driving skills if possible to drive client vehicles; otherwise be reachable within 7am‑10pm.
