Training

Full training provided. Opportunities to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

  • Ability to get to this remote location (public transport hard to reach); sponsorship is not available for this position.

Provide personal care, medication support, and help get around.

Empower and connect, help them navigate life with confidence and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and well‑being support to clients.
  • Assist with medication and mobility needs.
  • Encourage and support independence, choice, and decision‑making.
  • Work shifts flexibly across the week, including weekends and sleep‑in shifts.
  • Use driving skills if possible to drive client vehicles; otherwise be reachable within 7am‑10pm.
