Hours: Part Time - 15 hours per fortnight

Training: Full training + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

You will be working as part of a team supporting a gentleman who lives independently in his own home in Oban, supporting his daily routines as he continues to build his independence. He enjoys a sociable lifestyle and likes spending time out in the community, including going for meals, walking (he’s a very fast walker!), and travelling to places such as Edinburgh and Glasgow. He has a keen interest in reading newspapers, watching documentaries, particularly history, and enjoys drawing.

This role would suit someone who can provide consistent, person‑centred support while encouraging independence in a respectful and engaging way.
