We support both men and women with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and physical disabilities within shared accommodation. In this role, you will play a vital part in enabling individuals to live as independently as possible, supporting them in a way that is truly person-centred and tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
Day to day, this may include:
- Accompanying individuals on their weekly food shop
- Supporting them to attend local community groups
- Encouraging social connections with family and friends
- Sharing enjoyment of their favourite music
