As a Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you will help people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs to live their best lives, giving them confidence and choice. You support daily routines, from trips to the supermarket to hobbies, empowering them to live independently.
Responsibilities
- Allow people to fulfil and enjoy their daily routines and achieve their goals.
- Build trust, connection and independence.
- Develop yourself alongside a compassionate, mindful and dedicated team of colleagues.
- Work shifts (early starting at 7am and late finishing at 10pm), including weekends, and be prepared to undertake sleep in shifts.
Training & Qualifications
- Full training provided + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
- Enhanced DBS check required (paid for by us).
