Location: Market Weighton

Annual Salary: £30,129.79 per annum

Hours per week: Full time (37.5 hours). Required to participate in on‑call rota.

Required background: Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs; driver licence preferred but not essential – ability to travel between two locations approximately 1.5 miles apart.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain CQC compliance and rota efficiency while promoting structure and independence.

  • Work flexibly, including out‑of‑hours on‑call, to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
  • Driver licence preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to travel between two locations approximately 1.5 miles apart.
  • Pass an enhanced DBS check.
  • Familiarity with Positive Behaviour Support and Proact‑SCIP‑UK.
