We are looking for a Deputy Support Manager to join our supported living locations in Market Weighton supporting adults with learning disabilities and Autism to live their life their way. What we do matters so we are looking for someone with a strong track record of sector-based experience. This role will be crucial in ensuring we can continue our goal of making a difference every day to those we support.

Required:

  • Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle

As a Deputy Support Manager you will assist in the day-to-day delivery of high-quality, safe and person-centred support. You will foster excellent working relationships amongst all teams, families, professionals, referrers, and all other stakeholders. Assist the Support Manager to improve the support people receive, identifying meaningful opportunities for involvement of people we support in shaping their life, their home and inputting into the organisation. Lead by example and provide hands-on support to people we support when required. Deputise for the Support Manager in their absence and be willing to work flexibly according to the needs of the organisation.
