Supporting people to live great lives. Affinity Trust helps people live meaningful lives on their own terms. As a Support Manager, you will play a key role in supporting adults with learning disabilities at our care home in Leicester, helping them to live life the way they choose.

- You will be willing to work flexibly to meet the organisation's needs, with regular presence at locations and on-call support on a rota basis.
What do I need to demonstrate in my application?
- Previous experience managing support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Plan, monitor and evaluate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong practical understanding of CQC/SCI Regulations and reporting requirements, and ability to undertake CQC registration if required.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Willing and able to participate in the on-call support rota.
