Hourly rate: £12.75 per hour
Hours per week: Full time (day shifts and waking nights available)
Training
A wide range of training is provided. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Role Overview
As a Positive Behavioural Support worker you will help support people with learning disabilities, Autism, mental health and complex needs to transform their lives.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals to stay in their own homes and access their communities.
- Understand the lived experience of those you support to build tools for long-term independence.
- Assist families, carers and other professionals to embed these tools for lasting impact.
