Affinity Trust is seeking a Positive Behavioural Support worker in Leicester to support people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs to transform their lives.
You will help clients stay in their own homes, access communities, and work with families and professionals to embed lasting strategies for independence and wellbeing.
