As a Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you will make a difference every day, supporting people to live their best lives, giving them confidence and choice. Your support allows people to live more independently in the way they choose and ultimately gives them the freedom to be themselves. We provide complete training to enable you to provide the best support you can to people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
