Job Summary
Location: Markfield, Leicestershire (LE67) & Glen Parva, Leicestershire (LE2)
Annual Salary: £30,713.86
Hours per week: Full time (37.5 hours) and required to participate in on-call rota
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day‑to‑day delivery of high‑quality, safe, and person‑centred support.
- Foster excellent working relationships among all teams, families, professionals, referrers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist the Support Manager to improve the support people receive, identifying meaningful opportunities for involvement of people we support in shaping their life, their home and inputting into the organisation.
- Lead by example and provide hands‑on support to people we support when required.
- Deputise for the Support Manager in their absence and be willing to work flexibly according to the needs of the organisation.
Requirements
- You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Prepared to complete the PROACT‑SCIPr‑UK training program to become a trainer and deliver the course.
