  • Job Summary
  • Annual Salary: £30,713.86
  • Hours per week: Full time (37.5 hours) and required to participate in on-call rota

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day‑to‑day delivery of high‑quality, safe, and person‑centred support.
  • Foster excellent working relationships among all teams, families, professionals, referrers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist the Support Manager to improve the support people receive, identifying meaningful opportunities for involvement of people we support in shaping their life, their home and inputting into the organisation.
  • Lead by example and provide hands‑on support to people we support when required.
  • Deputise for the Support Manager in their absence and be willing to work flexibly according to the needs of the organisation.

Requirements

  • You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
  • Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Prepared to complete the PROACT‑SCIPr‑UK training program to become a trainer and deliver the course.
  • Desired
  • Experience with Positive Behavioural Support.
