As a Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you will make a difference every day, supporting people to live their best lives, giving them confidence and choice. One day, it could be a trip to the supermarket, the next, supporting them in a new hobby. Your support means people can live more independently; in the way they choose. Ultimately, your support gives people the freedom to be themselves.
You will be supporting 2 individuals in their own bungalow in Hessle just outside of Hull who like to go to the park, bowling, cinema and community farm and much more. Hessle has its own little centre full of shops and restaurants and is on a bus route and has its own train station.
We provide complete training to enable you to provide the best support you can to people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
