As a Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you will make a difference every day, supporting people to live their best lives, giving them confidence and choice. Ultimately, your support gives people the freedom to be themselves. You’ll be supporting our people in their own home in Harkstead. Every day is different; they love getting out about seeing friends and family, working on the local farm and taking trips out to the cinema.
Being a driver with a full, manual UK driving license is an essential requirement of this role. We provide complete training to enable you to provide the best support you can to people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. However, we know that what is essential is your kindness, energy, and willingness to make someone's day brighter.
