Responsibilities
- Lead and manage your staff team to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, safe, and person‑centred support, enabling people we support to achieve great outcomes.
- Foster excellent working relationships with all teams, families, professionals, referrers and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in staff retention and culture within the teams you oversee.
- Work flexibly according to the needs of the organisation, maintaining a regular presence in locations and providing on‑call support and assistance on a rota basis.
