Rate: £13.00 per hour (Currently £12.75 increasing to £13.00 on 26th October)
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs)
Training: Full training + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

We’re looking for someone who is naturally good at listening and taking cues from the people we support. You’ll treat each person with dignity and respect, follow their lead on how they like their day to run, and use a caring, patient approach that helps them feel heard and valued.
Some of the people you’ll support really enjoy dancing and listening to music, and they thrive on encouragement. You might be putting on their favourite songs, joining in with a dance, or using positive, uplifting language to help them try new things and celebrate small wins.
You don’t need previous social care experience - full training is provided. What matters most is your kindness, willingness to listen, and commitment to treating people with dignity and respect.
