Role Summary
We are looking for a passionate, committed, and enthusiastic natural leader with a ‘can do’ attitude to build a strong community link for the people we support and our staff teams. You will play a key role in supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to live independent, fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day‑to‑day delivery of high‑quality, safe, and person‑centred support.
- Build excellent working relationships with all teams, families, professionals, referrers, and other stakeholders.
- Support the Support Manager in improving the support people receive, identifying meaningful opportunities for residents to influence their own lives, homes, and organisational input.
- Lead by example and provide hands‑on support to people we support when required.
- Act as deputy for the Support Manager in their absence and work flexibly to meet the needs of the organisation.
- Participate in the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota, including weekend shifts (primarily Thursday to Monday).
- Complete a PVG check as part of the employment process.
